How it all began
It began as a traditional snacks in my family. Crispy rice crackers are made from the family recipe that was pass down from my grandmother to my mother. Growing up in a Vietnamese family, crispy rice crackers have been my favorite snacks since I was a child. We have them for every occasion from family gathering to a snack to eat on the go for our road trip.
My mother and I have go through hundreds of trials and failures to produce the perfect crispy rice crackers that are more suitable for Americans taste but still be able to keep the authentic Vietnamese taste. We hope that we can help spreading the different side of Vietnamese cuisine to the world.
